Levi's Pack ("we", "us", "our") operates the Levi's Pack website and mobile application (the "Service"), a community platform for logging care of community and street dogs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We collect only what is needed to operate the Service. Most of the data we collect is used to provide app functionality and to keep the community safe. We do not use this data to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.

• Account data: email address, display name, optional bio and avatar.
• Content you submit: dog sightings, photos, notes, care logs, lost-dog reports, and approximate locations you choose to share.
• Location: only when you explicitly attach a location to a sighting or report. We do not track you in the background.
• Device & usage data: basic technical logs (IP, device type, crash reports) used to keep the Service running and secure.

The following table describes the data types identified in our App Store privacy disclosure, why we collect them, and how they are handled. These categories are collected only to the extent necessary for app functionality.

Tracking & third-party sales: We do not track users across third-party apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to host and operate the app, under confidentiality obligations.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To display your public contributions (sightings, care actions, badges, leaderboards).
• To detect abuse, fraud, and safety issues.
• To communicate service-related notices to you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Photos, notes and locations you attach to a dog or sighting are visible to other users of Levi's Pack. Please avoid uploading photos of people who have not consented, and avoid sharing precise home addresses of dog caretakers.

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (safety, abuse prevention, product improvement) and consent (optional features such as location tagging).

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the Support page. You may also delete your account from the profile screen, which permanently removes your profile data. Some aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained.

Levi's Pack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the app, store data, and send transactional email. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, backups may persist for up to 30 days before being purged.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
