How do I log a dog I saw today?+
Tap Capture a Dog from anywhere in the app. Add a photo, a rough location, and any care action (fed, watered, checked-in). You can set the date if you're logging something from earlier.
A dog looks sick or injured — what do I do?+
Your safety comes first. If it's safe, mark the dog as needing help from the capture screen and note the details. Contact a local vet or rescue immediately in an emergency. Levi's Pack is a community tool, not an emergency service.
How do I delete my account?+
Open the Pack tab (your profile), scroll to Legal, and use the account controls there. Or email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
How do you handle my data?+
See our Privacy Policy. Short version: we only collect what's needed to run the app, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account anytime.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?+
Email support@levispack.com with what happened, your device, and a screenshot if you have one. We read every message.
