By creating an account or using Levi's Pack (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains the App Store data types we collect — including Contact Info, Location, User Content, Identifiers, and Usage Data — and how we use them for app functionality without tracking you across third-party apps or selling your information.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Levi's Pack. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content, or impersonate others.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger any person or animal.
• Upload photos of people or private property without permission.
• Use the Service to organize the removal, sale, or harm of any animal.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.

Levi's Pack exists to help dogs. Always act in the best interest of the dog first, and never approach an animal if it is unsafe. Do not use the Service to take enforcement action against individuals; report concerns to appropriate local authorities.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Levi's Pack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

Information in the Service, including care tips and veterinary notes shared by other users, is provided for community purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. In an emergency, contact a licensed vet.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levi's Pack and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
